Concert Artists Guild                                               

Facilitated strategic planning for an organization that supports early career artists. Goals included new recruitment channels to improve accessibility and equity for artists, public activations to create more impactful community connections and opportunities for artists, and partnerships to provide stronger platforms for career development.

American Composers Orchestra

Led strategic planning which drove innovative partnerships with the Apollo Theater, the Perlman Performing Arts Center and Brooklyn Academy of Music and enabled organization to achieve greater impact and presence.

Quoted Networks and KING Classical (Current)

Designing content and syndication strategies for an email newsletter to engage new audiences with classical music.

WQXR Artist Propulsion Lab

Launched and oversaw a program designed for emerging artists to create new work and share diverse perspectives and projects with radio, digital, and in-person audiences.

New York Public Radio Culture Podcast Initiative

Led audience research and market analysis, built long range business plan and content strategy to create a portfolio of culture podcasts including Aria Code with the Metropolitan Opera, If This Hall Could Talk with Carnegie Hall, Made in New York with the New York Philharmonic, and Helga with the Park Avenue Armory and the Brown University Arts Institute.

New York Philharmonic Global Orchestra Academy

Partnered with Music Academy of the West and Shanghai Symphony Orchestra to design and manage global academy that prepared young musicians for orchestral careers. Worked closely with funding partners, designed programming and teaching residencies, and created financial framework and goals.

Music Accord (Current)

Manage commissioning of chamber music for a consortium of nine arts presenters including Lincoln Center Chamber Music Society, University Musical Society at the University of Michigan, Boston Celebrity Series, San Francisco Performances and Princeton University Concerts.

Nashville Symphony Orchestra

Advised Director of Artistic Planning and Senior Leadership on season design, concert programs and artist bookings.

New York Philharmonic Biennial

Designed and produced the inaugural and follow up installments of a music festival showcasing the newest work from around the world with panel discussions, exhibits, and multi-venue partnerships.

Theater/Music Projects

Produced a range of theater and interdisciplinary projects including budgeting, partnership agreements, production team management and fundraising. Productions include an immersive, interdisciplinary work around the music of Kaija Saariaho in collaboration with Pierre Audi at the Park Avenue Armory, an Emmy Award-winning production of Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd at the New York Philharmonic starring Emma Thompson and Bryn Terfel, and The Tristan Project at the Los Angeles Philharmonic in collaboration with renowned video artist Bill Viola, director Peter Sellars and conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen.

Fisher Center LAB at Bard College/Strategic Partnerships and Advancement Advisor (Current)

Develop co-production partnerships and philanthropic strategies for Fisher LAB, an artist residency and commissioning program. Since its launch in 2012, Fisher Center LAB has supported hundreds of artists by providing the time, resources, and funding they need to experiment, dream, and fully realize their artistic potential. Through Fisher Center LAB, artists are provided with custom-made support toward their innovative projects, and their work has been seen in over 100 communities around the world.

New York Public Radio                 

Designed and launched the New York Public Radio Music Council to sustain WQXR’s cultural programming with $1 million in recurring and sustainable revenue

American Composers Orchestra                 

Led campaign to eliminate accumulated deficit by securing a capital recovery grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and leveraging the grant as a matching challenge for board and other donors.
